Use this step-by-step guide to log in and out of Cloud9 and access menu items.
5 STEPS
1. Use Chrome to navigate to the corresponding Cloud9 website for the practice.
Enter your assigned username and password, and click Log in on the lower right.
If prompted, reset your password.
2. Click Home on your upper left menu for a shortcut to commonly used items.
3. Click Financial on your upper left menu, to access finance items.
4. Click Reports on your upper left menu, to access reporting items.
5. At the end of your session, click on your username on the upper right to Log out.
If you do not complete this step, you could be occupying a license, causing sign-in issues for all staff.
That's it. You're done.
